This container is for women who want consistent presence, accountability, and a place to land each week.
Steady support with more breathing room
This container offers ongoing guidance with a gentler rhythm.
We meet every two weeks and stay connected in between. You still have messaging access — just with a little more space built into the structure.
This is ideal if you want consistent support while balancing budget, energy, or time.
Group nourishment + shared support
A small, intimate space for women who want guidance and connection in community.
This circle is capped at 10 women. It’s warm, conversational, and grounded in shared experience. You receive ongoing nutrition guidance, plus the reassurance of being surrounded by others walking similar paths.
